Great Modern Cloud Telephony System

We have been using TalkDesk for over 18 months now. Great modern Cloud Telephony platform which has allowed us to improve our customer experience and analysis of our contact centre. Support desk has also improved in last 6 months. Integration with ZenDesk is very detailed and improves our agent productivity. Like to see the release of Mobile App and some of the announced developments such as the visual IVR creator to come into the system in next 3 months. Keep up the good work.

TalkDesk is Outstanding

TalkDesk has been outstanding for our business. As an eCommerce company with 24/7 telephone support, it is critical for us to have dependable phone service/connection, and TalkDesk has delivered this for us day in and day out. TalkDesk is very user friendly and easy to navigate. It has played a large part in helping us improve our quality assurance efforts also. I would recommend it to any online business.

The best VOIP for SaaS companies.

I have experience with a number of VOIP companies but none of them comes close to Talkdesk. Talkdesk dominates with its integrations (Salesfroce, Zendesk and other CRMs) and flexibility which is critical for running a modern business in which all the tech needs to be integrated.
