-Everything is good, the only reason I don't provide 5 star is because Talkdesk is missing a search bar for agents, instead of searching for an agent you need to go to every page to find the agent. (When you go to reporting and click agent you can't search an agent in a search bar.) -Also to search calls you need to go 1 by 1 and there is no search bar, makes it difficult to find the calls since there is no search bar, and old calls are listed as 2 weeks ago. I set up Talkdesk for my support team…

I set up Talkdesk for my support team and staff a few years ago - in those few years it has been instrumental in setting up a global support team where many of our members work remotely. Before, we had a hard wired phone system that was crazy antiquated. I have also seen many improvements in Talkdesk in the past few years as well, there are still a handful of dropped calls but the service is increasingly improving.

Really useful tool for any company that uses phone systems.

I use TalkDesk daily at work and it's really transformed my day-to-day tasks. It's efficient, smart and integrates really well with our Salesforce system.I'm able to speak to my colleagues easily across the day and also know which one of my clients is calling before I answer the phone so that I can assist them quicker.I'd highly recommend Talkdesk to anyone who's looking to update their phone system.

Call Quality Is Not The Best

The call quality through Talkdesk can be inconsistent and spotty. A lot of times people have a hard time understanding me. There is also a noticeable delay when people answer the phone, and I miss the first words they say.

Great features with some issues

Talkdesk has some really awesome features, including caller ID for customers I talk to consistently, and linking to their company profiles that allows me to quickly access their info when they call in. You can also access a ton of data around call times, call history, and individual agent data. The ability to easily add and remove lines is also very helpful. However, talkdesk also crashes quite a bit, and the updates often reset all my settings. Also, the callbar tool could be smaller so it ...
