What impresses me most is that the call…

What impresses me most is that the call quality is consistently fantastic. No hiccups, very clear audio quality, and I can't remember the last time a call was ever dropped. However, the integration with SalesForce consistently leaves much to be desired. It doesn't always log the call data in SalesForce properly. That's literally the only thing stopping me from giving y'all five whole stars.

Great overall service

Great overall service. Provides an easy way to edit your call preferences- hours, team members, voicemails. My favorite feature is reporting. Talkdesk breaksdown all the dynamics of the day, including missed calls, average call time and wait time. When managing a larger outsourced team this is very helpful to keep my metrics in line. On occasion calls will be dropped but this is my only criticism.

Great data reporting and lots of energy…

Great data reporting and lots of energy around continuing innovation. The wallboards displaying live data for the team is fantastic! Having implemented Talkdesk several months ago, one star lost to inconsistent support for ongoing issues related to initial implementation.

Talkdesk is a great soft phone option for companies. Easy to install and easy to learn. The admin tools are easy to configure and manage. 90% of our client services department utilizes Talkdesk.

Talk desk works with minor glitches

Talk desk works well but with a few glitches here and there.We had some issues with transferring calls some time ago but it was fixed. There is also sometimes a lag in the Talk desk callbar.Apart from that it is a useful tool and due to the integration with Fresh desk it helps us provide better service.

Great customer support, reporting, and salesforce integration.

Great UI and salesforce integration is 4 of 5 which is important to us. Connectivity has been good and call quality and reporting are great. Customer service and support has been the best!
