Talkdesk is a good tool

Talkdesk is a good tool. I have used it for several months to call customers and prospects. We've integrated it to Infusionsoft, which is very helpful. The new widget, however, was not well tested upon release and it crashed several times--so much so that I had our IT manager remove the widget. We are back to using the web version, which works great.

I've found the the product and the…

I've found the the product and the support team to be great. We redeveloped our entire workflow and added additional lines to better support our customers. The TalkDesk team was very helpful in helping us complete the work on schedule. There have been more outages than I would expect recently.

Talkdesk Simplifies

I use Talkdesk to make approximately 40 outbound calls and to take about 10 inbound calls per day. It is a far cry from the clunky, user-unfriendly call center platform I implemented at my previous company. Talkdesk simplifies everything with an easy to understand dashboard. Monitoring calls in real time is easy. The reporting tab displays accurate information, and I have the ability to export the data. I like how simple and easy the product…

I like how simple and easy the product is both in the callbar and the web portal. its great to be able to work anywhere and take care of things with customer pretty quickly anywhere.
