TalkDesk is an amazing asset to our team!!

We've been using TalkDesk for about a year now. It's been fantastic!!Our customer service team is small and the phones would be routed to our personal cell phones. It was tough! TalkDesk has enabled our team to share and track calls, listen to past conversations for training purposes, set up a complex routing system, and listen to voicemails as a team. Plus so much more!! It's been a fantastic experience and we love the IVRs we have been able to create! Thanks, TalkDesk!!

Great service

If there was ever a crash, we were assisted immediately.We are over 80 employees- I would highly recommend Talkdesk for small or larger companies; it works great.

Talkdesk Champion!

I inherited Talkdesk when I took over our Support team a couple years ago and have had no issues with the software at all. It works well and has all of the features I need so it has never been necessary for me to consider any other systems. We also recently got our sales team set up with a line which streamlines our process and makes transfers simple. I like that the program is highly customizable, from greeting to business hours and everything in between. The reports are also very robust.

Talkdesk is an easy way to go about our business in a way that we can keep track of our calls we make throughout the day. When I first started making calls it didn't take long at all for me to catch on due to the system being simple to assess. I love the monitoring feature!
