Talkdesk for phone support!

Talkdesk helped us jumpstart our phone support solution and all of our customer care team absolutely loves it. With the Zendesk integration we were able to set up ticket pop which they love so anytime someone calls, a ticket is logged and they can put their end resolution and notes in the ticket. The implementation pretty fast since we didn't have a very complicated set up, but in the future we are hoping to set up new IVRs based on support plans customers purchase. Great experience

My company has been using Talkdesk now for several months and the whole experience has been great. During the implementation process we had an issue arise that required we speed up the implantation timeline. Talkdesk pivoted quickly and helped us get the implementation done quickly.Any time we have a question or an issue arises we reach out and Talkdesk is very quick to respond and resolve our questions.
