It is easy to set up and use, and super-easy to make changes on the fly like adding a high-volume message to our IVR when we have a server outage, or moving agents from one ring group to another. I am 100% satisfied with our switch from NVM to Talkdesk. It is a practical use application for my team both here in the States and Overseas. So long as you have a solid internet connection, you are in business! Furthermore, their Customer Service is expedient and helpful. Amazing Service and Support

Small Call Center / Big Results

We are a very small call center (only 6 agents), but we've been able to get very big benefits out of Talkdesk. We are heavy users of Salesforce, and the integration with Talkdesk allows us to quickly synchronize our calls with contact records and cases.
