Talkdesk is an easy to manage online…
Talkdesk is an easy to manage online call center for support staff. We manage 2 different 800 lines, multiple boxes for each one, and it's cost-efficient.

Simple
Simple, and easy to navigate/set up in the admin interface. Dashboards are good, though would be wonderful to customize your own. Reporting can be a bit confusing if not walked through.

Talk desk for the most part is a great…
Talk desk for the most part is a great service - I appreciate that calls can be reviewed, tracked and filtered. I find it very helpful to see which clients are trying to reach us and when. Sometimes the service drops calls and there are many different factors that can be involved. it's not a perfect system but its a great tool!

Talkdesk has been an excellent product…
Talkdesk has been an excellent product for us, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a VoIP system for their contact center or other business need. The only reason that I would not give it 5 stars is that their billing system is somewhat confusing with the quarterly credit commitment that has to be estimated.
