"The best call center tool, my company has deployed so far."
What do you like best about Talkdesk? The ability to have in control the quality of calls, through the recording feature and the fact that I can pull out customized reports for my team. Makes it easier for me to manage and improve my team.

Still a little rough around the edges…
Still a little rough around the edges since we use Talkdesk for about 95% outbound compared to most companies who use it for inbound call centers. The toughness is with call quality and local presence not being in a polished state.

Talkdesk is a very very good program
Talkdesk is a very very good program, and is almost great! I do not have experience with other VoIP call center applications so I am not comparing it to what else is out there on the market. But for the most part, it does what it says on the tin, routs calls appropriately. Over recent months, I've also noticed a decrease in dropped calls. Talkdesk still drops too many calls to get a 4 star rating. I also had a lot of difficulty setting up my personalized voicemail

Stable, reliable, and flexible
