What do you like best about Talkdesk? I like that you are able to customize greetings, business hours and holiday hours as well as transfer calls between departments. The reporting feature is also top-notch!

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I've used Talkdesk at previous sales jobs and now at my current. It's very straightforward and easy to use. Has great tools, like voicemail drop and easy salesforce integration.
