Talkdesk is a very helpful service
Talkdesk is a very helpful service, which I use everyday for my job. I rely on callbar and am almost never disappointed. My one frustration would be the apparent disconnect between the audio input/output settings on my computer and in the widget. I occasionally have to close and reopen the widget without changing anything else just to force it to use my headset, rather than my computer speakers for volume.

"TalkDesk for Phone Support"
What do you like best about Talkdesk? TalkDesk was one of the easiest solutions we were able to set up in 2017, and looking back we're extremely happy with our choice. After interviewing our agents they continue to rave about the ease of use, how easy it was to actually adopt the product, and how great the integration with Zendesk works!

"Good product that will great in time."
What do you like best about Talkdesk? The IVR setup was very customization, especially when integrating with Salesforce. My background is not in call center setup, but I was able to figure out how to do this.

A must have for all customer service department
I recommend Talkdesk to everyone. Talkdesk is one of the top software I've ever used to manage calls accordingly. You can personalise the interface in order to only show what you need. Their reporting section provided perfect detailed feedback on an employee's performance.

Best Call Center Software!
Our company switched to Talkdesk a little over a year ago. The Salesforce integration is fantastic, implementation was very simple, and reliability has been outstanding.We only wish it was simpler to modify settings for all numbers.
