Great Interface and Easy to Use

I think talkdesk is a great service. The only feedback is that at times, the calls drop even though we are hardwired. Not sure if thats our connection or the software. The service by the Talkdesk has been great and the intervace is very easy to use. I would recommend it to other companies.
