We use Talkdesk every single day...

We use Talkdesk every single day as our call platform. It integrates with Desk seemlesy and has very little downtime - we’ve only had an outage here and there, and not even for long. I do wish there was a way to see at a glance if another agent was on a call already with a specific number, we’ve accidentally called people back while another agent is already talking with them. Overall it’s an efficient system.
