My first experience working with TalkDesk was overall a good one. There were a few delays and resource issues in the project initially but the TalkDesk team went above and beyond to help our team deliver a great product to our customers. I look forward to working with TalkDesk on future projects.

Helpful

We use TalkDesk for our company to record outbound calls. Anytime that I've had an issue I've reached out to TalkDesk and they have helped us fix whatever issue we were having. The only thing that could use improvement is the availability to download recordings right away. I would still recommend this company.
