Good overall phone tool

No complaints so far, it's a great tool to use to make, receive and monitor phone calls. Sound quality is usually good on both ends. Happy so far!

"Reliable Service"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? TalkDesk has been an awesome platform for our company to make calls. A bonus for us is that TalkDesk provides recordings of each call made. It's user friendly and a plus for our company. We are able to monitor employees call times and productivity. It's easy to change the ring groups and to buy different numbers for each month. I definitely recommend using TalkDesk.

most efficient tool

We've been using Talkdesk for about 4 years now and I can say that switching to Talkdesk was the best decision our company made - we can track calls, record them, receive detailed reports and all of this makes our work more efficient and saves out time.

I enjoy the features of Talkdesk

I enjoy the features of Talkdesk, like the ability to choose to make a warm or cold transfer. I like the integration with Zendesk, as it allows for a less cluttered desktop while working with multiple programs and the ticketing system is great. Occasionally I get some problems with calls coming in and dropping out too fast for me to pick them up - however, this could be just the caller deciding to hang up rather than any real problem with Talkdesk as a service. What do you like best about Talkdesk? The UI is super clean and very easy to navigate, access to support services is also a positive experience and the team are always on point to help us out. The options for managing calls are also excellent i.e. callbacks.
