Great / reliable phone system

Great / reliable phone system, easily fired up from any machine. Wish there was call waiting & the ability to route direct calls to a personal cell phone if offline, but maybe these will be features released in the future!

Perfect for my hectic workday!

I love Talkdesk, its very efficient and easy to learn and use. I must heavily document certain phone calls for my work and its great to know I can listen to my phone calls as many times as I need and not miss a thing.

Talkdesk is way better than dialpad

Talkdesk is way better than dialpad. It's easier to use and there are more functionalities on the agent's side and better analytics on the admin side. The integration with SFDC needs a lot more work.

Talkdesk is great just a few glitches…

Talkdesk is great just a few glitches here and there. I sometimes have a problem setting my availability on talkdesk it often will set itself to "away" or "after work call" in which I have to manually set myself to "available". I like using the widget which allows for autodialing and transferring calls through the online portal or the callbar are generally seamless.

Talkdesk has been a smooth transition for me and my colleagues. The software as been a cinch to use and the extensive knowledge base and training materials on it allow for anyone to easily take control of their call center's metrics, and grow in real time!The interface is VERY user friendly, and the features are intuitive, simple, and effective.
