Really Good Tool

We are using talkdesk as the main tool to communicate with our customers and I'm really amazed by the talkdesk reports that we can use voicemails and recorded calls. Please keep up the good work. Amazing tool.

A great tool for our business and staff!

Talkdesk has been a helpful tool for our company. It is user friendly for our staff, however, I do wish there were tutorial videos to help with small tasks if you are new to the platform. Overall, highly recommend Talkdesk.

Talkdesk

Talkdesk is a nice tool used for our workspace. The only thing I do not like about Talkdesk is that outbound calls are not recorded. This is a crucial feature Talkdesk lacks, especially in my role as a supervisor to customers. I hope Talkdesk can input this feature in the future. Aside from that, however, Talkdesk is wonderful! I love being able to view how many agents are online at a time as it helps manage our call queue.
