Raising the Stakes

We encounter several minor issues with status updates and reporting. At some times we also encounter issues where the displayed phone number is not the number the client is calling in on. Overall the service is great and user-friendly! What's great is Talkdesk is receptive to feedback and constantly asks on how to improve! There is still some way to go, but I believe this platform will become one of the most innovative contact services of the 21st century!

Talkdesk is a great platform to make calls from. I Haven't had too many if any issues and their support department gives prompt responses. Would recommend talk desk to others.
