Very Reliable, Some Errors but one of the Best
Working with Talkdesk for almost a year now has been very satisfying as an overall company phone and text tool for our enterprise has been smooth overall and i would definitely recommend this software to any business big or small that wants to connect with their customers on the go. There are a few hiccups here and there but has been easily and quickly fixed by software updates and by the very helpful support team of Talkdesk.

"Perfect For Our Sales Team"
What do you like best about Talkdesk? My favorite part about Talkdesk is that it integrates easily with our CRM, which helps keep me organized and efficient. Our company operates out of a few territories and it is easy to navigate between different dial-out phone numbers. Transferring a call to a colleague is convenient. The voicemail box is user-friendly. Call quality is great.

Excellent product that grows stronger…
Excellent product that grows stronger every year, at the time of writing there isn't a competitor out on the market that does quite what Talkdesk does as well as it does.

A good and valuable tool
A good tool to be used for calling and reporting purposes. Convenient to use by employees on a daily basis and also easy to train new employees.

Up and Coming!
Talk Desk has been good for our company so far. There are some features we would like to see added to improve reporting and automate some basic voicemail features like auto assign based on agents in ring groups but it handles well and installs great. Highly recommended for small to medium size business less than 1000 employees. I look forward to seeing talkdesk grow and improve.
