It is a great web site to make National…
It is a great web site to make National and International calls, all from the same website. It is important to have a great internet connection for a good quality calls. I would highly recommend Talkdesk

I've been using Talkdesk for about 4/5…
I've been using Talkdesk for about 4/5 months now and the platform makes it very easy and accessible for anyone from little to no experience be able to use.

Lots, without there being too much functionality
Lots of functionality without there being too much configuration. We needed to be able to find and adjust the settings that were important to us without having to dive deep into to menus with multiple obscure configurations and Talkdesk does that for us. There is more than enough settings for us to fine tune to our needs.

3 Years and Still Running Strong.
We have been using Talkdesk as our CS phone system for the last 3 years now and have been very satisfied. So much so that another division has followed our lead and has been using Talkdesk for the last year.

"Good so far..."
What do you like best about Talkdesk? I like the ease of use and quick installation and the knowledge base is very well laid out. It includes video tutorials for users and easy to follow instructions. The IVR tree routing and ring groups is incredibly simple to work with.

Smaller Company Depends on Talkdesk
We use Talkdesk among a team of 4-7 VAs, so we're a smaller company. When we do have problems, we usually will submit a ticket and receive a response from a Talkdesk rep via email fairly quickly. We need quick fixes and Talkdesk does their best to resolve these issues asap. We enjoy the many different features of Talkdesk and know there are a ton more that we don't use but could.

Talkdesk is Reliable
Talkdesk is reliable! This is a necessity in the call center world! The reporting provides individual data and team data, as well as real time monitoring for managing the team. Its ease of use for the CS rep is exactly what we need. I would absolutely recommend to any size company looking for a phone service. The pricing is also within the same range as other competitors, but without all the issues so it is worth the cost!

Talkdesk is pretty good but I have to…
Talkdesk is pretty good but I have to say that it is not very user friendly. The dashboard interface is a little old fashioned in its user-friendliness as it can sometimes be difficult to find the data that you are looking for. I think Talkdesk sometimes prefers investing time and energy in "trendsetting" technology such as the recent AI technology than improving the actual concrete service it provides over time.

What do you like best about Talkdesk?
