Innovative, Versatile and Easy to Use!

Talkdesk has proven time and again to be an innovative company. In the 5+ years we have been using Talkdesk, the complexity and versatility have grown tremendously without compromising the ease of use for our staff. When it comes to cloud based contact centers, Talkdesk has definitely set themself apart from other providers and we would highly recommend their service to businesses small and large!

"Great tool for sales"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Talkdesk ability to help streamline one of the most basic needs in sales is amazing. By being a global company with two headquarters and sales to over 90 countries, having a product like Talkdesk that allows us to call all around the world while documenting and integrating with Salesforce to log all the calls and notes, really supports our team to be as efficient as we can.

"Great call center tool"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Use talkdesk every day when communicating with customers. Love how simple and intuitive it is to use and how my notes carry over seamlessly into our ticketing system. Also like viewing my personal metrics to see where I can improve on my call handle times.

"Easy to use & efficient"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I love the Callbar extension! Super sleek & easy to use, and reliable. The call reporting feature is super helpful to have in realtime to know if a queue is building, and to easily see if a colleague is available when working in another location, etc.
