"Convenient and Easy to Use "

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Talkdesk has made it easier to reach out to multiple clients and different teams within our company! The set up is user-friendly and customizable to suit our business needs! If we encounter any issues, Talkdesk is always quick to help us resolve it! I've never encountered a software company to be so attentive to the customer service side of their business! Very impressed!

"TalkDesk for efficient inbound and outbound communication"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? TalkDesk is Awesome! I've been using it for almost 2 now and I truly recommend it to everyone. I especially like the Widget Mode since it's so easy to use. The call quality is great so I never have to worry about any issues. Also, it has a lot of option which makes my job easier!

Efficient and effective

TalkDesk is extremely helpful in keeping our Customer Care Department efficient and effective when it comes to providing excellent customer care. This is due to its user-friendly interface and views that show our quality and quantity of work.Sometimes calls don't connect or it lags which can be inconvenient sometimes.

New to Talkdesk

I was using a phone tree system at my last job and it was difficult to use. When I started to use Talkdesk work became much easier to do. I do not have to worry about missing calls. We can see metrics for the whole team. It can be used anywhere too!

I'm very satisfied with talkdesk

I'm very satisfied with talkdesk. Easy to use, all my calls are logged and it helps my workflow a lot. I would definitely recommend it to other companies as well.

"Impressive tool"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I am very impressed with Talkdesk. Have been using it for more than a year and I can honestly say I've never had any issue, can't complain. When I am on a call, it's smooth, the other person on the line can hear me perfectly. Also, all the calls are logged so in case I miss something I can go there and listen to it. Would definitely recommend it to any company looking for a talking tool.
