Talkdesk is one of the best thing that I ever imagined..

Talkdesk is one of the best thing that I experience in my company. It made my life a a QA much easier. Daily calls evaluation, call history, interaction and behavioral mapping are easy to do because Talkdesk is so user friendly. Interface looks easy and friendly to the eyes. Searching for calls is easy, doing inbound and outbound are also not complicated for agents who are doing remote work. Best of all it is available online, it is accessible as long as you have internet connection.

"A must use phone solution"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Talkdesk is a great tool that makes making calls efficient and easy. I appreciate how Talkdesk and Salesforce migrate to allow me to log my calls, click to call and auto dial. Additionally, the voice drop feature makes my daily calls a lot less mundane. This platform's simple design makes it very user friendly.

"Talkdesk Recommendations "

What do you like best about Talkdesk? It's easy and you can reach anyone within seconds. I am really pleased to be using this feature 'cos it helps me reach all of my contacts and I am able to finish my job before the given time. Talkdesk is the only thing that I will use it in the future.

"Great Call Center Tool"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? The mobility of having a softphone on your computer and the API integrations into a ticketing system. This has made a seamless trasition into looking for call drivers and quickly identifying what is causing higher volume. The quality of calls has been great. We are glad to be using it.
