"Very easy to use and reliable software"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Talksdesk is very easy to use and you can call practically every place in the world with just one click. It's also very reliable since, if you have a good internet connection, it works perfectly. Also, the quality of the call is usually good - although it depends also on the receiver - and their working team is always available to solve possible issues you might have.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I like how I can record conversations and go back to listen to later on. This is incredibly beneficial for conversations where a lot of info is transmitted.

"Absolute fail safe, solid system that makes my life so much easier!"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Total ease to be able to take and log calls and well as transferring to colleagues. Being able to recognise who is calling based on previous calls and logging them straight into salesforce is a gift!

Quality is always 5 stars

I like the talkdesk because It never lack, the quality of voice is always very fine. The high and low notes and pitch are very clear. So far no technical issues and it is free from problematic.
