Some people have a misconception that out-of-the-box solutions are somehow inferior to tools that require you to hire someone just to customize and administer them. What do you like best about Talkdesk? I use Talkdesk every week for 40 hours/week and never have a problem with their services and connection. It is a very easy service to use.

"Great Service"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Very easy to make calls and document notes during and after the calls. I like that you can view your call history log to keep track of your daily calls. The quality of the calls are very high, I have never faced any issues while talking on the phone, talkdesk provides you with all the data of your calls, you can also record the calls so you can listen them after the call in case you forgot anything on the call.

"A simple way to reach your client"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? The best thing about Talkdesk is that it is user-friendly. If you integrate it with platforms like Salesforce you can dial your contact with a click and you and by editing the call you will get a clear report of the contact history. Better than every other platform I used before, easier and faster.

"Worth Every Second!"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Talkdesk provides great and accurate reporting to suite what's best for company needs. It helps with identifying trends to allow us to address any issues and concentrate on effective calls! Another feature I like with Talkdesk is it ability to pull the reports out onto an Microsoft Excel Sheet and other various downloadable options! It is definitely user friendly and visually better.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I am using Talkdesk at work for almost 2 years and I can say that this app is really easy to use and the quality of the calls is great. What I like best is that I can keep track of my calls and I can check recordings at any time.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I like the sharp design and the contrast of the colors of talk desk, the options you have for transferring calls, speed to answer, quality of the sound, stability, information of the other person on the line, and a really good feature to mention is the shortcuts you can use to keep it simple. "Great app, variety of options!"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Me and my team have been using Talkdesk for over 3 years now and we are more than happy with their service. Their customer support is always helpful, the service rarely has problems (once or twice a year) and is usually resolved quicker than a lot of bigger companies. The overall experience of using Talkdesk has been positive, they provide you with a lot of performance data which we find very useful. The website is made easy to navigate.
