"Best call app."
What do you like best about Talkdesk? The app is very smooth. Everything can be easily tracked. Inbound calls can be monitored. We can keep a track of agents on their away or invisible status. Easy and accessible. No cut offs or anything like that. Great so far.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Talkdesk has been our #1 way to connect with customers over the last year. It has an awesome user friendly interface. I personally like the clean and simple UI coupled with the flexibility in the product. I look forward to new product releases and how these can bring seamless user experience and quality to our customers.

Great attribute
Great attribute, user-friendly and it is super easy to use. However at times few calls drop, even if calls are in queue, can’t see them coming. Need to refresh and it goes back smooth once again.

Talkdesk Review
I have been using Talkdesk for a little over a year now and I love how easy it is to use both on the user and manager side. I use it for reporting and Talkdesk makes it very easy to pull the data I need. It's easy to learn and my team had no trouble getting comfortable and using it. Highly recommend!

Talkdesk is overall an excellent tool
Talkdesk is overall an excellent tool. Reporting feature is very helpful. As it operates in pretty much real time, it gives our team a great idea of how things are going. However it does have some issues with agent status accuracy which causes a lot of confusion sometimes.
