Talk desk allows me the capability to…

Talk desk allows me the capability to integrate directly through my SalesForce application, keep track of all calls and the ability to re listen to calls in order to ensure I have understood all customer inquiries. I can also track my calls on daily and weekly basis which allows myslef and management better understand our customers and territory. The only think that could be improved is that when your using a headset ensure that there is no echo if in a open space environment. Overall I love it!

What do you like best about Talkdesk? It does what it says it will do! Dispositions are easy to understand, calls are clear most of the time, and the Salesforce integration is smooth.
