The only telecommunication system needed!
TalkDesk is reliable! It is the only reliable telecommunication system that I use on a daily basis at my office to connect with our clients. When other web-based telecommunication systems fail, TalkDesk is my go-to! I can always trust TalkDesk to efficiently connect me with clients.

Absolutely Great
Having used similar systems (and even ones our company has tried to build in house), I can honestly say that this is a perfect solution for working in a call center environment. Answering calls, entering notes, managing my ready status is very quick and user friendly; I really like seeing the different metrics for my call handle times as well.

"Easy to Use"
What do you like best about Talkdesk? The system is very user friendly and has the features a small call center needs. I like that I can add things myself as the super user and not need to send everything to support.

The best contact center out there.
As an everyday tool, Talkdesk is the one. It's simple to use, there are rearely any problems and when there are it's usually fixed by calling again or contacting the quick and helpful customer service team.

"Easy to use and saves time"
What do you like best about Talkdesk? I like that I am now able to transfer calls to different departments within my company. It also allows for us to work from home on days I am unable to come into the office.
