"Easy and efficient system"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? The best thing is that Talkdesk allows our sales team to answer calls as they would in the office wherever they are based and we have never found a system that works as well before. It integrates easily with our system (Salesforce) and the call quality is very good. You can easily keep track on call volumes as well.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Ability to transfer calls blind or warm. Consistently works efficiently and effectively - do not have any problems with dropped calls. Clear phone calls quality. The ability to sort and manage time on phones, call lengths, availability is great.

"Has boosted insight on how our team is doing."

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I really like the fact that we are able to analyze on a very detailed level our call data. Before Talkdesk we really didn't have an idea of how many calls we were getting each day and how long it was taking us to get to them. Talkdesk has allowed us to gain better insight on that data.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I've been using talk desk for more than 2 years now and I simply love it! I am always able to really easy find my calls, or pull up reports for the whole team. I really love the reports since I can see how long I've been on the phone, or how long I was away, on a break or lunch.
