What do you like best about Talkdesk? That it is fairly simple to use. I also love that it records all the calls so you can go back to whatever you need. It also shows the amount of time I was on the phone.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Talkdesk is user-friendly and allows our specialists to navigate the website easily and efficiently. Beyond that, Talkdesk is a great business tool as it allows us to monitor our service level-agreements and track busy days.

I would recommend Talkdesk to all!

Talkdesk has continued to be a reliable and efficient platform for the company that I work for. We use TD to route calls from our users, as well as track stats and find areas of opportunity to improve in our service. I will continue to use TD and recommend TD to any company that uses a phone feature in their Support!

"Easy UI, good product."

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I like how talk desk is easy to use in both widget and the web-based mode. I also like how the dashboard is easy to customize and understand at a glance.

"The best experience using Talkdesk"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Talkdask is really fast and easy to use. It is very easy to install it and adapt to it. All the calls are recorded and you can pull out any reports you might need for inbound or outbound calls. This helps to keep a track on the progress of our everyday basis at work. We are using it at work to communicate with our customers and they can have our numbers and leave voicemails.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? As a supervisor, I love how easily accessible everything is for me. Should I be monitoring my teams status, doing audits, changing status/call tree, etc. Talkdesk allows me to do all these things very efficiently and effectively.
