What do you like best about Talkdesk? Ease to setup IVRs and automated dashboards are amazing. I am also a fan of how intuitive the tool is for new users to become acclimated. The call bar extension is also great as it keeps inbound calls front and center for our reps

What do you like best about Talkdesk? The dashboard is easy to customize for your company's needs. There are multiple modules available, which I particularly enjoy, but nothing gets too overwhelming.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Everything is very simple to use and pretty user friendly. Have not had much issue using the application! I've never had an issue with dropping calls or random disconnects! The voice and connection quality is always crystal clear!

AMAZING
AMAZING Talkdesk seamlessly connects with my CRM to be able to call clients in a click of a button. The reporting that they provide on the back end helps me keep track of my team and work force.
