I love talkdesk because of it's ease of…DASHBOARD MONITOR

I love talkdesk because of it's ease of use and easy to read and understand visuals on the dashboard monitor. The best part is being able to customize your dashboard to show you specific stats that are relevant to your position. I do wish we were able to get live CSAT feedback from customers after a phone call and that there was a timer of statuses for time management, especially ACW.

A reliable Product with intuitive learning

Having used Talkdesk for (2) years now, its clear there is not another platform out there that can compete with it. The reliability of the software is massive when you have customers and partners that depend on you for top notch support. Furthermore, training among this platform is one of the easiest to do as it is almost second nature.
