Solid Software
Pros: For my purposes, being able to see any live calls, see who's available and see how we are meeting goals when it comes to serving clients.Cons: Their Application functionality is very simple, and often times we have some issues connecting with clients. Would like an in-house VoIP option for mobile use which currently talk desk does not provide

Talk Desk is Great!
Talkdesk is a great everyday tool! I use it for calls, and it is great to make notes on calls to organize and reference later. The layout is easy to navigate. There is rarely a technical difficulty, and when there is. it is fixed in a few hours.

"Great Call Center Software"
What do you like best about Talkdesk? Before Talkdesk, my call center did not have measurable metrics or reliable recordings. Since implementing this software, it has been much easier to monitor employees and use the numbers to motivate productivity.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? It is user friendly, and easy to navigate during busy times. The note feature is a great way to stay organized! I like how fast it auto fills and I can type any information I need to. I find the layout is great, especially easy to find tabs when multitasking.
