"Great for soft phones, but some glitches or things to improve on."

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I do think it's one of the simpler softphones, especially with the use of the callbar app. It helps to have the callbar always open to receive calls but it takes a couple of steps/clicks to do so every morning.

Functional and reliable

Besides being extremely functional we rely on Talkdesk for all our communication with customers, which on a 24/7 operation means it has to be stable and available at all times. Talkdesk has not let us down.Great system.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I liked how call recordings were saved at easily accessible urls for later listening. The call widget is also help and makes it easy to use TalkDesk while performing other tasks. In-call notes were really well set up and easy to add. The monitoring features were pretty good, as well. I like how it was visualized.
