What do you like best about Talkdesk? Talkdesk integration with Zendesk was seamless. The account managers really knew their stuff and were more than helpful. Our company felt really comfortable adding the system to our processes.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? The system is really easy to use, I can call every day different countries without any issue. The communications are clear, so far I did not face any concerns during a call or other type of inconvenience

TalkDesk is very awesome
TalkDesk is very awesome! I love how I don't have to have a phone next to my ear and I can simply just use a headset. Everything is so smooth and there are a few glitches but I can tell they are working on them as they have been getting better everyday! Overall this is a fantastic program to use and if I were to run a business, I would use TalkDesk!

We switched to Talkdesk from Contactual/8x8
We aren't a large company with 10 customer service agents available to answer phones, but Talkdesk was able to scale down to our size and fit our company's needs. Their customer support is attentive and helpful. Dealing with our phones used to be a source of a lot of stress, but the move to Talkdesk fixed all of that. They made getting set up a quick and easy process. The system is very easy to use and intuitive. Can't say enough positive things about them!

What do you like best about Talkdesk? EASY TO USE AND INTEGRATION WITH OTHER SOFTWARE, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO COPY PASTE A NUMBER TO MAKE A CALL, JUST HAVE TO CLICK ON THE NUMBER. you can manage many calls a day and it works very well, we make long calls, reaches up to 60 minutes.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? The callbar. This web application is fully integrated with Salesforce and also other CRMs, no need to copy-paste to call, a simple click on SF and the call is on its way.
