Talkdesk is a very efficient software
Talkdesk is a very efficient software, which is also very easy to use. It's very intuitive and does not need any explanation for a new user. Everyone can start working with it immediately. In the last three months that I am using Talkdesk for 8 hours daily, we only had a server connection problem once. It was solved quite quickly, within an hour. I personally don't like the launch of the software. It takes quite a while. We log in with Salesforce though, it might be a reason.

Absolute Life Changer!
Compared to our old Call Center Platform, Talkdesk has truly been life changing. Everything is integrated together, clients information, call notes, etc. Before Talkdesk I was troubleshooting multiple times a day, calls would drop or not come through all together.Now, my day at the office is worry freed, less frustrating, and more enjoyable!

Talkdesk is an excellent alternative…
Talkdesk is an excellent alternative for companies. I love the ability to be able to forward calls to ensure I will never miss a call. The calls are always clear.

TalkDesk is awesome
TalkDesk is awesome! It has helped our Customer Care Team grow. TalkDesk has made us aware of things we were not aware of before, helped our team learn from calls, it is also a great tool for training anyone who is new on board! Highly recommend!

I have been using talkdesk for years
I have been using talkdesk for years. No landline or cell phone needed. I enjoy the freedom to walk away from work and not have it follow me everywhere I go. Business cell phones don't give you that freedom, but talkdesk does.

talkdesk is seamlessly integrated with our salesforce service cloud. which is of paramount importance to our business model. the support has been excellent in getting issues fixed. and the application is a good match for our customer support team to take calls throughout the day. definitely recommend to b2b and b2c customers, enterprise or otherwise.

"Awesome call experience"
What do you like best about Talkdesk? It's very easy to use, reliable, the recording of the calls is also an amazing feature given that i talk for hours on end with our clients. Also the abiliti to integrate with other software is a huge plus. Using it together with CRM software such as Salesforce is such a powerful tool.
