Convenient Software, a bit buggy

I've been using Talkdesk for some time now. I have mostly enjoyed it. There are a few bugs, but nothing that will prevent me from doing what I need to do. Would recommend.

Great tool

TalkDesk is a great tool! It's helpful being able to control your team and also make sure you have your client data connected with Salesforce.It's easy to use and the support is very fast and effective.

I’ve used Talkdesk everyday for a couple years now and I’ve found the reporting to be very helpful and accurate. The integration they have as well with our internal systems is solid stuff.

A Great App with a Simple Workflow

I have been using Talkdesk for a few years now and love the ease of use, simple workflow, and excellent record keeping. I know that I can always look back for crucial information at any time and it will be there. The ability to connect Talkdesk to your mobile phone is also a great feature.

Talkdesk has been delightful.

Talkdesk has been an easy and straight forward tool that our CC team has been using for many years. The layout of the live dashboard is easy to read to keep track of many things like: your service level, avg. abandon time, calls on queue agents on calls/signed in/on break and many more. You can also customize your live dashboard to your liking. Getting assistance when you run into any issues is quick and easy. You can give their CC line a call or chat and they are quick to reply.
