What do you like best about Talkdesk? Ability to create cases in salesforce with talkdesk that provide all our CRM contact information without having to search each phone number

What do you like best about Talkdesk? It's just so easy to use and understand. Setting up new phone numbers takes 30 secons, works immediately and without any issue. Also, the analytics dashboard is really complete, we can analyze with just one look what happened on the past days, and what's happening on real time. Status Reporting. "TalkDesk works for my company!"
What do you like best about Talkdesk? I like the clarity on calls and how you are able to see your queue easily! We can manage call work between 2 brands from this application and it works well! I would recommend using this if your company is a growing one!

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Our company uses talkdesk and it is very simple and efficient! With the easy-to-use interface, Talkdesk is by far the most efficient and foolproof calling software I've ever used, and I've worked at a few call centers. Support responds quickly and fixes issues in a flash as well. I definitely recommend!!!!

Talkdesk is amazing to use on a huge…
Talkdesk is amazing to use on a huge company, our company is small but building its way up. It is very useable and very wise. I love using it cause it lets us save number, make teams, see our reporting, listen to voicemails. Get inbound and outbound calls. see how many agents are available who is not, how is working, who is on lunch and on breaks. As well as, look into our sentiment and dispositions. the lost i love about Talkdesk is we can track our service level. that is amazing.

Convenient Software, a bit buggy
I've been using Talkdesk for some time now. I have mostly enjoyed it. There are a few bugs, but nothing that will prevent me from doing what I need to do. Would recommend.
