"More visibility into information I need"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? The most helpful thing so far has been reporting. Although the reporting interface could be better, I am able to request the specific data I need and run reports on-demand through the Talkdesk interface or Salesforce. There are scheduled reports we run weekly like the agent status report which allows you to see what status an agent is in and know how long they are in that status for the time frame you run the report for.

Talkdesk is a very useful service

Name: Jared F.Talkdesk is a very useful service. It is easy to navigate. The only changes I would like changed is that when you refresh the page, it should stay in the current status (ex: stay in offline instead of switching back to available). I also would like calls to load faster. You have to wait a few minutes before listening to a call.

Assistance at My Convenience

I like that Talkdesk allows me to control when and where I can ask for assistance. It is a good feeling when you are not being tied to the phone to wait for an answer. Or, better yet, not receiving calls at an inappropriate or inconvenient time. Talkdesk is easy to use and engage with assistants. They are friendly and knowledgable. They are equipped to answer my questions as well as to point me to the right resources. Thanks, Talkdesk!

Great product...

Great product our operations team use it for almost an year and the improve is massive. Many features like different access level, hot transfer, call flow, call back and more.

Talkdesk allows for calls to route to…

Talkdesk allows for calls to route to my cellphone for ease of access. The calls have never dropped. It also records the conversation which helps fill in cases later.

"A good tool"
