Great tool for multi-line management

Talkdesk is a great tool for calls and managing them. The reporting tools make it easy to see all aspects of calls that are waiting, in progress, and agents in other statuses. Monitoring calls is quick and easy and for the most part the call quality is on point.

"TalkDesk is great!"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? The tool is simple to set up and to use. It has been reliable 95% of the time. I love that I can work from anywhere and receive calls forwarded to my cell phone.

"perfect"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? using talkdesk made my work a lot more easier and fun , everything is well in order and and connected , connection is more than perfect calls are clear and loud and it almost never disconnects . I would highly recommend it

Very Efficient system

Talkdesk has been the most successful system we have found for outbound and inbound calls.A lot of our agents work remotely or at other sites and the system works as efficiently as if they were sat in a call centre and this is very beneficial.Transferring calls is easy with the warm transfer option so we can link between sites and it can also be integrated with Salesforce which is extremely helpful for us as it records vital call stats and analysis.

"Simple and quick"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Talkdesk is super easy to use, the simple layout makes it easy to understand how it works. It also functions very quickly and it can be taken into use in just a few seconds. The quality of the calls is mainly good and I barely never have problems with the connection.
