Talkdesk Omni-Channel Sync for Salesforce is awesome!
Talkdesk has been the perfect CTI solution for Salesforce. The omni-channel sync feature allowed our team to launch a chat channel with ease.

Useful
Talkdesk is a useful way to review recently completed calls within a pretty intuitive UI. The reporting function covers off what is needed, but in our instance, is perhaps not as crystal clear and fast as one might expect. Overall, it's a useful tool and provides a good amount of insight into what is happening on the customer support and sales sides.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Talkdesk is extremely easy to learn. The UI and Admin structure are intuitive and modern. We don't need IT at all to configure IVR menus, greetings, manager users, or reporting.

Talk Desk is a pretty efficient way to stay connected to clients while on the go. This enables me to roam freely between our 6 venues we have allowing us to be where we need to be while able to connect over talk desk with other clients. Only 1 mark down due to inactivity for a short amount of time can catch you out missing calls as you are no longer logged in.
