Talkdesk is a great phone system

Talkdesk is a great phone system. Talkdesk integrates so easily with the other systems we use. We also like how easy it is to set up new agents, give them a new number, or add them to a ring group and they are ready to make and receive calls within minutes.

Overall talkdesk has been a good system for our growing team. The lack of customization and reporting would be my reasoning for my grading.
