Talkdesk is a high-quality telephony tool, well integrated with Salesforce.Quite simple to install, we now have a lot of reporting in Salesforce on every call.However, it still misses some dashboard settings in-app. Talkdesk is located in Portugal for EU : great because it's on our timezome. In fact, we would have prefer some people physically in our offices to do the migration between old tool and Talkdesk

Great Service!

Have been using Talkdesk for over two and a half years! It is a great tool for reporting and managing agents for live feedback. Pretty simply and easy to navigate, would definitely recommend to any business!

We've had a pretty good experience with TalkDesk since we launched it a few years ago. We love the ease of configuration, the built in reports, the great user interface, and the modern design. We switched over from a legacy/long-time vendor that was reliable, but very difficult to customize or even to pull reports from.TalkDesk should do a better job recommending hardware for agents.
