TalkDesk is very easy to use and set up…

TalkDesk is very easy to use and set up by people who don't have much experience. Also, we use it internally to inbound/outbound calls with the customers, coworkers and etc and record interactions in a way we could easily reference them in the future.

User friendly platform, great Customer Service

User friendly platform, good reports, perfectly compatible with our CRM system an with a very efficient Customer Service. We only found some connectivity problems in some specific markets (mainly, MEAST and Russia) and to call some countries we had to use an external provider to obtain a number where to call from.

"Brilliant callbar for outbound calls and very efficient call reporting and monitoring system"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I really like the reporting I can do on TD portal. It is very intuitive and so easy to understand for any new user. I am a new user myself and it did not take me more than 5 minutes to learn everything myself. The call drop rate is next to none and that is the best thing I like about TD. Stability is everything and that's what this callbar delivers.

Platform is perfect.

Talkdesk has increased our teams efficiency by keeping downtime low and call volume high. The simplicity of the platform and user friendliness allow us to train our staff faster than any other platform in the past. Although we would like to customize color templates, we are happy.

Clear Crisp connection

I've used talkdesk for almost 1.5 years now and for the most part it's been great. Can load it up quickly, can switch between different numbers easily and has an auto dialer feature. sometimes customers complain about the connection, like they can't hear me well.

Everyday user!

I use TalkDesk everyday for work, and I love it! Besides the occasional lag from poor wifi, it's usually a smooth transition from the click of a number to talking on the phone. I have no complaints. By far my favorite online phone!

Recently switched to Talkdesk - no problems at all with the switch over. Extremely supportive all throughout the process and provided lot's of support and training via phone calls. So many excellent features.. we made the right choice! :-)
