Talk desk is a really easy way to be available and reachable for our clients. The features to be able to listen back the conversations is an extra bonus.

Effective Cloud Call Center Solution
Talkdesk does what they set out to do - it is an easily scalable and configurable cloud call center. Pros include strong integrations to other cloud applications, but reporting remains a weak spot that I would like to be addressed.

TalkDesk Review
I have had great experience with TalkDesk. Only one small complaint that was a one time occurance, TalkDesk set me to Away for missing 2 consecutive calls when I did not miss any calls at all. This happened about a year ago. Overall my satisfaction with TalkDesk is great!

Great tool
Great and very intuitive tool, the quality of calls is very high. The integration in Salesforce was not so easy but once it was done, the users loved it!

User friendly
Talk desk is very user friendly and easy for supervisors to pick up on. Reporting out of talk desk covers the basic needs for an inbound call center. I'm hopefully their enhancements hit some of our higher level business needs. Their customer service has been very responsive when we do have issues - which have been few and far between.

It's great tool
It's great tool, great connection with salesforce even though the integration should be easier. Our operations team efficiency increased compared to our previous solution

What do you like best about Talkdesk? 3 things. Support, Agility, and Reliability. Talkdesk's support has been one of the better tech supports we've had to work with for our software suite we use in our company. Talkdesk has been extremely agile in that it has allowed us to deploy to new markets very quickly. All of this while talkdesk has been reliable and providing a clean experience.

Talkdesk has been a great value for our business!
Talkdesk has been reliable and convenient for our VOIP telecommunication needs. Talkdesk also adds value by recording our calls and enabling business analysis by tracking metrics like conversion rates, applying dispositions to calls, and assigning voicemails/ follow-ups to the correct team member.
