Talkdesk has fantastic call quality

Talkdesk has fantastic call quality, and is very user friendly! There are links to voicemails, calls, missed calls, call recordings and you are able to submit notes during and after the call is complete

Great Overall!

Great for a company that needs many users to have access to the same line and phone number. Very easy to use and teach new users. We appreciate how easy transferring calls is and how Talkdesk integrates with our CRM platform.

Unsatisfactory support & setup

We are just about to go live with Talkdesk and I feel like it is one of those situations where sales were very very pushy, promised to be there and then disappeared as soon as we signed the contract. We have had face to face meetings where they mis-sold a feature, confirmed how things worked (that were later confirmed to be incorrect) and then passed over to a 3rd party based in the US (we are in the UK) who have to be fair been supportive (some miscommunication between them, Talkdesk and ...

Talkdesk.It's a fine piece of software, indeed, easy to use, simple, the tutorials and free courses of Talkdesk Academy are really useful...Still, I have had troubles working with it remotely. It would appear that the integration between Vodafone Portugal (as an ISP) and Talkdesk is not properly done, because an average 50% of my calls fade out at exactly 30 seconds when working at home, and this happens a) with all the devices at home connected to the Internet b) with only the computer ...

A great tool for Contact Centres

Talkdesk is a great tool for providing phones to a contact centre with a number of agents. The integration with other tools like Slack is quite helpful for setting up rules on SLA breaches and tracking mode usage. The reporting is intuitive and easy to use, but there are some limits to what the types of reports you can pull. Support is great and has a quick turnaround when tickets are filed for assistance.Overall great tool.
