What do you like best about Talkdesk? It is easy to use, that is the most important thing. In the customer service field you need something that is easy to manipulate so that you can get back on the phone and assist the customers.

I have regular difficulty with the person I am calling being able to hear me. This is an issue if I use headphones or use my computer audio.

"Great visibility for a manager"
What do you like best about Talkdesk? With a team that works mostly remote the dashboards are great to see our daily productivity and my reps availability. The option for phone trees and different recordings is awesome as we service many different customer types internationally.

TalkDesk - One stop solution for your VOIP Calling
I’ve been using TalkDesk for a while now and the good thing I never had an instance of missing my work-related calls on my phone. A very clean user-friendly setup allows you to transfer calls to your hand-held devices or phones. And the best thing is call quality. I know TalkDesk uses Plivo call endpoints to route calls and I’ve also used Plivo in the past which has the best voice quality on VOIP calls.
