Love it when it works properly, its just a bit inconsistent

I love Talkdesk but it's been pretty inconsistent from my experience. The biggest issue I have is the disposition not showing up on my callbar. I appreciate the company's dedication to make things work and set things right. Looking forward to everything getting squared away so it can be a smooth experience moving forward. :)

"I really enjoy using talkdesk - especially the extension. "

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I love how even if I have it minimized, it will pop up if I get an incoming call. I like how easy it is to transfer to another person. I also like how only calls directed to me will come in! I love how it is connected with our system and it lets us know when and for how long did we speak with a person for.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I like that I am able to prerecord voicemails. I have used other phone systems where I cannot do that. I like that I am easily able to switch myself to away.
