What do you like best about Talkdesk? I like the simplicity and the features of the website. As somebody who was new to the platform and my job it was easy to shadow fellow coworkers and see my stats in real time.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I like the greetings that pop up for each call. I like the ease of transferring cold and warm transfers.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Talkdesk was easy to use and integrated well with the way that we used Zendesk. Each call that came in immediately connected to the contact that was logged in Zendesk (if applicable), which made confirming identification and checking previous tickets incredibly easy.

I like Talkdesk and have used it at other companies. I like the call recording feature and the ability to set a status so if you need to do after call work you don't get another incoming call.

Talk desk is convenient but I often have issues with call quality and calls being heard at all. Their customer support is very attentive and you can tell they want to help you with your issues.
