Talkdesk is great!

Talkdesk is great. I love being able to go back and listen to calls for details I may have missed in the initial call. It's helped me in the sales process and has helped me train others as well. My only qualm is that it will go offline sometimes even when my internet doesn't go out, and that interferes with incoming calls. I also wish there was a way to create bookmarks in my calls so that I can know exactly where I spoke about a specific topic in longer calls that I need to replay. ...

The ease of use and customer service is…

The ease of use and customer service is what makes Talkdesk a great product. As with any software/technology, things "break" (outage/call drop) but the team seems to always come to a resolution quickly.

Talkdesk has made my work day a lot…

Talkdesk has made my work day a lot easier since my company has started working with them. The feature that you are able to record and play back your calls has come in handy so many times. You are able to set an away message which for me was a very big deal as it gives me time to multitask which everyone always needs!! I love that you can easily check your voicemails as well and check your patient feedback from the call

Perfectly adequate phone client for call centers

I have been using Talkdesk as our phone client for a support and analytics operation with a transportation company with tens of thousands of users for the past six months. All told, I've been nothing but impressed. It's simple, easy to use syncs seamlessly with our email software. Definitely worth trying out for call center applications. Try it out!

Talkdesk is great for any sales or CS org. The click-to-dial function allows reps to burn through call lists, and the transfer functionality is great. Would recommend 10/10
